Refunds and Returns (Physical Items)

Because most of our items are handmade or one of a kind, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with what you received, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos so we can make it right through replacement or refund when appropriate.

Custom Woodburned Art

Custom woodburned artwork is created specifically for you and is not eligible for return or refund once work has begun.

If there is a problem with your custom order due to an error on our part, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

Clock Repair Services

Payment for clock repair services may require a deposit or full payment before work begins.

Clock repair services are non-refundable once repair work has started.

If a repair cannot be completed due to unforeseen issues with the clock mechanism, we will contact you to discuss next steps. Any parts purchased or labor already performed may not be refundable.

Cancellations

Custom orders and clock repair services may be canceled only before work has begun.

Once work has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
